View Historical Observation Data

Open Observation Data on iPhone to inspect the detailed summary and stored records for the period selected in Historical.

1. Open Historical and select the required period and date.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the dashboard.
3. Choose Observation Data.
4. Review the period chart, measurement groups, and observation metadata.

Choose All Records when it is available to inspect the stored rows in the selected period. Select a row to open the individual observation. For Week, Month, and Year summaries, select a child period to move to its detailed snapshot.

An individual observation can include Device Health with raw provider fields such as transmitter, battery, signal, reception, or device status. These diagnostic fields remain separate from stored weather measurements.

Use the previous and next controls to move directly between adjacent periods.

This compact Observation Data navigation is available on iPhone. On iPad and macOS, use Historical charts, Observations, and the Inspector to inspect the equivalent stored data.
