Connect Ecowitt

Use Ecowitt for a station or gateway that uploads observations to Ecowitt Cloud. Setup requires an Application Key and API Key.

Compatible families include Wittboy kits, GW gateways, HP and WS consoles, and their paired WH or WN sensors when the readings appear in Ecowitt Cloud. See Ecowitt weather stations.

Before you begin

Confirm that Ecowitt Cloud shows the station and a recent upload.

Add the Ecowitt credentials

Sign in to Ecowitt.
Open Profile and locate the API key area.
Create or copy the Application Key and API Key.
In Weather Fusion, choose Ecowitt.
Enter both keys, then choose Test Connection.
Select the station and choose Done.

The station’s available sensors determine which cards, charts, and observation columns Weather Fusion shows. Ecowitt historical depth and sampling cadence can vary by station and by the ranges returned from Ecowitt Cloud.

Ecowitt cameras returned by the same account can appear in Station details with their latest snapshot. See View Ecowitt camera snapshots.

If the station list is empty, verify that both keys belong to the same Ecowitt account and that the station is visible in that account before refreshing the list.
