Export or copy observations

Export or copy observations

On macOS, copy selected rows from an Observations table as CSV.

1. Open Observations and choose the required period table.
2. Show, hide, and reorder columns so the table contains the measurements needed for export.
3. Select one or more rows. Press ⌘A to select all rows in the active table.
4. Choose Edit > Copy or press ⌘C.
5. Paste the CSV into a spreadsheet, text editor, or another app.

The copied data follows the current table columns and displayed units. Stored observations remain unchanged.

Row export is a macOS table feature. iPhone and iPad provide observation inspection; use macOS for multi-row CSV copy.
