Connect your weather station
The first time Weather Fusion opens, the Start Screen displays Connect to a Weather Station. Choose how the station sends data to Weather Fusion, then choose Continue to open the setup screen.
Choose Demo to explore Weather Fusion with sample data. Choose Restore Backup… to load a station from a Weather Fusion backup.
Choose a connection
Select the option that sends the station’s data to Weather Fusion. The available options include cloud services that receive its observations and loggers on the local network.

Before you begin
- Confirm that the station is online and sending data to the selected connection service.
- Keep the service credentials or authorization account available.
- For WiFiLogger, connect the device running Weather Fusion to the same local network as the logger.
Connect from the Start Screen
- Open Weather Fusion.
- On Connect to a Weather Station, choose how the station sends its data.
- Choose Continue.
- Enter the requested account or connection details, or complete account authorization.
- Select a station when the setup screen presents a station list. Weather Underground asks for a station ID instead.
- Choose Done.
Weather Fusion opens Real Time and starts loading the station’s latest conditions. Historical data downloads according to the service’s access and history limits.
To add a station or change the connection after initial setup, open Settings > Data Source.
If the connection succeeds with an empty station list, confirm that the account owns or can access the station, then refresh the list.
