Fix missing historical or observation data

Match the symptom to the corresponding data action:

If recent data exists and earlier months or years require recovery, download older observations.
If rows are missing between stored observations, fill gaps in historical data.
If Day, Week, Month, or Year summaries disagree with stored rows, recalculate summaries.
If data was available on another device, restore a station backup. Use Weather Fusion backups to move station databases between devices.

Run one maintenance action at a time and keep Weather Fusion active until it finishes. Provider retention, account access, and rate limits determine which observations can be recovered.

Inspect the affected period in Observations after the action completes. Chart availability requires a compatible measurement in the selected period, even when other observations are present.
