Historical view
Find the rolling and calendar periods, chart controls, and stored data sources available in Historical.
Periods

Use the period control to switch between 24h, Day, Week, Month, and Year. The calendar browser lists stored dates and enables quick jumps within the available stored coverage.
24h ends at the latest refresh time. Tap or click Last 24h to reveal the exact rolling interval. Previous and next controls appear for the fixed Day, Week, Month, and Year periods.
Presentation
- Standard presentation shows the configured full-size chart catalog and Period Summary.
- Compact presentation shows supported period summaries and mini trends. Selecting a card opens its full chart.
- Settings > Historical controls chart visibility and order. Sensor groups can instead supply group and measurement order.
Data behavior
Historical uses the local station database. Opening a period can start applicable local loading, but a chart appears only when compatible observations or summaries exist. Automatic provider synchronization updates recent history; manual download and repair commands are available when the selected provider supports them.
On iPhone, Observation Data opens a selected calendar period’s detailed summary, child periods, and stored records. Share exports the dashboard as an image.
On macOS, Data > Refresh Historical or ⌘R refreshes while Historical is active. File > Save Snapshot… exports the complete Standard chart composition.
