View Ecowitt camera snapshots

Open an Ecowitt camera’s latest snapshot from the station details. Available cameras and images come from the configured Ecowitt Cloud account.

Open a snapshot

Select a station connected through Ecowitt Cloud.
Open station details:
- On iPhone and compact iPad layouts, open Station.
- On a regular-width iPad, show the Inspector and choose Station.
- On Mac, choose Inspectors > Weather Station.
Select the camera image.

On iPhone and iPad, the image opens in a full-screen viewer. Pinch or use the accessibility zoom actions to inspect it. Use Share Snapshot to export the current image, or Show Snapshot Details to review the camera name, capture time, dimensions, image source, status, and hardware model when available.

On Mac, selecting the image opens it in Quick Look. Use Refresh Snapshot on the image to request the latest snapshot metadata and image from Ecowitt.

Station Details also refreshes known Ecowitt camera snapshots when station metadata is refreshed. The camera name and capture age appear beneath the inline image.
