Find and follow public stations

Add a public Weather Underground or Windy station by ID or from the station map after configuring the provider’s credentials.

Add a station by ID

1. Open Manage Stations.
2. Choose Add Station….
3. Select Weather Underground or Windy.
4. Enter the provider’s station ID and choose Search.
5. Review the station name, location, provider, and latest available details.
6. Choose Add Station.

The new station appears in station pickers and can be selected like another configured station.

Add a station from the map

Open the public-station map in the Add Station flow. Select a provider marker, inspect the station details, and choose Add Station. The map displays only candidates for the provider currently selected in the flow.

Public-station availability is provider-controlled. A station can disappear temporarily, stop reporting individual measurements, or expose less history than an account-owned station. Removing a public station clears its Weather Fusion configuration while the provider service retains the station.
