Send feedback

Use Send feedback to ask a question, suggest an improvement, or report a problem.

On iPhone and iPad, open Settings and choose Send feedback.
On Mac, choose Help > Send feedback.

Weather Fusion prepares a sanitized diagnostics attachment and opens a message addressed to the developer. Add a description of what happened, the result you expected, and the steps that reproduce the problem, then send the message.

Weather Fusion uses native mail composition with a diagnostics attachment when the system supports it. The email-app fallback creates a text-only report and explains the attachment status. Add the provider, station, platform, exact error message, and affected view to the message.

Diagnostics are prepared after you choose Send feedback. Review the message and attachment before sending them.

For a missing measurement, include the connection service, station model, sensor or module, measurement name, and affected view. The diagnostics help compare the measurements received from the connection service with the measurements recognized by Weather Fusion.
