- Newest observation and Oldest observation show the real-time range currently stored.
- Observations shows how many real-time rows are stored.
- Metrics lists the real-time metrics currently available for the active station.

- Observations expands to show raw row count and day/month/year summary counts.
- Total metrics shows how many historical metric types are present.

A non-zero missing-observations count usually means some expected intervals were not received yet or have not been downloaded.
Database section
- File Name shows the current station database package (
.wfdb). - Database size shows the main database size.
- WAL size shows pending write-ahead-log data.
On macOS, click File Name to reveal the database package in Finder.
When to use Data Details
- Verify whether empty charts are caused by missing data or unavailable metrics.
- Confirm imports added rows by checking counts and newest timestamps.
- Compare station state across devices when values look inconsistent.
If values look out of date, run Download observations and Recalculate Summaries in Data maintenance.
