Weather Fusion Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Weather Fusion app and related services ("Weather Fusion," "the App," "we," "us," "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Weather Fusion, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What Weather Fusion Does

Weather Fusion is a weather-station companion app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It can display and process weather data from your own station and from connected third-party providers.

Weather Fusion is provided for personal, informational, and monitoring purposes only.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must use Weather Fusion in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

You agree not to:

misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App;
reverse engineer or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, except where applicable law permits;
use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes;
use the App as the sole basis for emergency, safety-critical, or life-critical decisions.

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

Weather Fusion may connect to third-party services (for example, WeatherLink, Windy, Weather Underground, WiFiLogger, or other provider APIs). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy, changes, interruptions, or outages.

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

Weather data shown in the App may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate due to sensor limitations, station setup, network conditions, provider-side processing, or service outages.

You are responsible for validating critical information using official meteorological and safety sources when needed.

5. Privacy

Your use of Weather Fusion is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Weather Fusion, including its design, text, graphics, code, and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law or open-source licenses included with the App, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Weather Fusion without prior written permission.

7. Open Source Components

Weather Fusion includes open-source software subject to their respective licenses. These licenses are available in the App's Open Source Licenses section.

8. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weather Fusion is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, injuries, damages, or claims arising from or related to your use of Weather Fusion, including any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and loss of profits, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities.

You use Weather Fusion at your own risk.

10. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will publish an updated version with a new effective date in the App and on our website at or before the date the changes take effect. Continued use on or after that effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Weather Fusion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
